Attorney Roberto Vagaggini
Roberto Vagaggini, son of the firm's founder, graduated with honors from the University of Milan in December 1984. He has been a member of the Bar Association since 1986 and of the Supreme Court Bar Association since 2000.
For many years he has dedicated himself to the business world in all aspects of legal relevance.
He has gained extensive experience, through collaboration with both domestic and foreign companies and multinationals of all sizes, in corporate law, international contracts, labor law, industrial property law, corporate insolvency law, and M&A transactions, including large-scale ones.
He also deals with copyright law, with particular reference to the world of software, having also taken part in government commissions dedicated to the relevant regulation on behalf of trade associations of producers.
He has always been active in the field of family law, dealing with separations/divorces and inheritances, as well as generational transitions in the business world and family agreements.
Attorney Luca Mazzola
Luca Mazzola graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1993. He practices as a lawyer, specializing in both contentious and non-contentious civil law, also providing assistance in mediation and assisted negotiation procedures. He focuses on contracts, debt collection, road accidents and damages, leases and condominiums, insolvency proceedings, and family law. Attorney Carlo Maria Prevosti
Carlo Maria Prevosti graduated with honors from the University of Insubria in Varese in December 2011. He has been working with the Vagaggini Law Firm since 2012 and has been a member of the Varese Bar Association since January 2015. He practices in all areas of civil law, both in and out of court, with a focus on debt collection and enforcement, labor law, corporate law, insolvency proceedings, succession, leases, and damages. He has been a member of the Register of Professionals Delegated to Sales at the Court of Varese since 2018, and of the Register of Over-indebtedness Crisis Managers at the Varese Bar Association since 2023.
Attorney Paolo Ruggirello
Paolo Ruggirello graduated from the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2005. After a brief but significant stint at another law firm in Varese specializing in liability and insurance matters, he joined the Vagaggini Law Firm in 2008. He practices in both judicial and extrajudicial civil matters, providing assistance in all matters relating to the protection of the private interests of individuals unable to provide for themselves, such as minors, persons under interdiction, persons with disabilities, and beneficiaries of support administration (so-called voluntary jurisdiction). In this context, Paolo has gained experience, for example, in support administration, guardianship, and curatorship, acceptance of inheritances with benefit of inventory, appointment of curators of dormant estates, and authorizations for minors.
He has been registered in the Register of Support Administrators of the Court of Varese since 2013.
Since 2014, he has also been authorized to provide legal aid in civil proceedings.
Attorney Maria Cristina Cavaliere
Maria Cristina Cavaliere graduated from the University of Milan in 2005 and has been working with the Vagaggini Law Firm since then. She has been a member of the Varese Bar Association since January 2009.
Since 2016, she has been registered on the lists of legal aid for civil proceedings and since 2020 for criminal proceedings.
Since 2023, she has been registered in the Special Register of lawyers admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation and other Higher Courts.
She works primarily in the civil sector, both in and out of court, focusing primarily on family law and juvenile law. Since 2025, she has also practiced juvenile criminal law, after completing a training course to provide legal representation. She also completed a training and qualification course in parental coordination according to the Debra Carter integrated model, organized by the Lombardy Union of Bar Associations. She attended the two-year "Milena Pini" advanced training course in family law, personal law, and juvenile law in Milan. Since 2021, following a training course, she has been working as a special guardian for minors in both civil and criminal matters.
